No. It is a non-assisted transfer: we carry the person and their folding wheelchair, but we are not medical transport and carry no medical staff or equipment. If the patient needs care or stretcher transport, medical transport is required.
Can we set the whole month's visits in advance?
Yes. The day and time are scheduled in advance, with the same driver whenever possible, and it can be billed at the end of the month in a single invoice if that suits you.
